Moroccan Mint Vodka Slush Recipe
This Moroccan Mint and Vodka Slush combines the best of both worlds: high tea and cocktail hour. A refreshing mash up of North African Mint Tea from DAVIDsTEA with vodka, lemon and ice, and you've got a delicious recipe guaranteed to rock the Casbah!
1 cup DAVIDsTEA Organic North African Mint , brewed and cooled
2 oz vodka
2 oz simple syrup
1oz fresh lemon juice
2 fresh mint leaves, torn
2 cups ice cubes
Fresh mint, for garnish
Using a blender, combine tea, vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice, mint leaves and ice cubes. Blend on high speed for 10 seconds, or until smooth, thick and slushy. Spoon mixture into a tall glass and garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately.
