ICE CREAM SANDWICH CAKE
Whoever invented ice cream cake had the right idea when they solved the age-old dilemma of choosing between cake or ice cream for dessert! We’ve taken it to the next level by adding ice cream sandwich to the mix with our Ice Cream Sandwich Cake.

24 ice cream sandwiches, divided
1 litre tub frozen whipped topping, defrosted and divided
1 cup caramel sauce, divided
1 cup Heath/Skor bar toffee bits, divided
1) Coat a 13x9 - inch dish with non - stick cooking spray. Line the bottom with ice cream sandwiches, cutting to make fit. Spread with ½ tub of whipped topping, drizzle with ½ cup caramel sauce and sprinkle with ½ cup toffee bits. Line with another layer of ice cream sandwiches, and finish with remaining w hipped topping, caramel sauce and toffee bits. Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
