PEANUT BUTTER & STRAWBERRY JAM CHIA PUDDING
Who doesn’t love the combo of peanut butter and jelly? A classic PB & J can hardly be topped, but we argue that we’ve done it with this special pudding recipe that’s sure to knock your socks off!

I don't understand why some snacks are fun-sized. There's really nothing funny about having a smaller portion of food.
2 cups dairy-free milk, coconut, almond or cashew
3 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
½ cup chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1. Place milk and peanut butter in a medium bowl. Whisk until combined. Add chia and vanilla, and whisk until smooth. Cover and place in refrigerator. After 1 hour, whisk again for even distribution of seeds. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or
overnight. Serve in glasses or bowls topped with crushed peanuts and sliced strawberries.
