Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Dip
The classic combo of peanut butter and chocolate comes together in this delish Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Dip.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup smooth peanut butter
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (1L) tub Cool Whip, thawed
½ cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, for garnish
1) Using a mixer, on high speed mix cream cheese, peanut butter, marshmallow and vanilla until blended. Fold in Cool Whip and chopped peanut butter cups.
2) Place in a serving bowl and top with mini peanut butter cups. Serve with your choice of dipper.
