Best Tuna Poke Bowl Recipe


What do you get when you take marinated sushi-grade tuna, toasted seaweed, ginger, fresh avocado and rice? A taste of Hawaii in a bowl! We`re showing you how easy it is to make delicious Tuna Poke.

Ingredients:

1 lb sushi grade tuna, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (you can use salmon, octopus, scallops if desired)

Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp wasabi paste
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Spicy Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Sriracha sauce

2 cups cooked rice

Toppings:
Toasted seaweed, sliced
Avocado, sliced
Pickled ginger
Black sesame seeds

Directions:

1) Place cubed tuna in a medium bowl. In another bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, wasabi paste and sesame oil. Pour over tuna and let marinate for 5 minutes.
2) For the spicy sauce, mix together mayonnaise and Sriracha. Place in a small baggie and cut the corner so you can squeeze a small amount of the spicy sauce on the rice.
3) Divide rice between 2-3 bowls. Top with small amount of spicy sauce. Lay tuna on top and finish with seaweed, avocado, pickled ginger and sesame seeds.

EASY BAKING RECIPE - How to Make the Best Banana Bread


This bread is BANANAS, B-A-N-A-N-A-S! No seriously, Lisa nailed this recipe. She took the classic Banana Bread and transformed it into a decadent dessert by topping it with Peanut Butter Frosting & Bark.

Ingredients:

Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
1½ cups ripe bananas (3-4), mashed
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1½ cups chopped semi-sweet or milk chocolate

Peanut Butter Frosting
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup butter, softened
2 tbsp cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups icing sugar

Peanut Butter Bark
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup mini Reese`s Peanut Butter Cups
1/4 cup Reese`s Pieces

Directions:

Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread
1) Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2) Using an electric mixer, cream together sugar and butter on medium speed until well blended, about 1 minute. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Beat on low speed until blended, about 30 seconds. With a wooden spoon, stir in flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate chunks just until moistened and the flour has disappeared. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
3) Bake 70 minutes, until lightly browned on top and cooked through. Cool 10 minutes in the pan before removing to cool on a wire rack.

Peanut Butter Frosting
1) For the frosting, using an electric mixer, cream peanut butter and butter on medium speed until combined. On low speed, add cream, vanilla and icing sugar. Raise speed to medium and beat until icing sugar is incorporated.

Peanut Butter Bark
1) Place semi-sweet chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue to microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
2) Meanwhile, place peanut butter chips in a small bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue to microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth. Tip: If the peanut butter is too thick, add 1-2 vegetable oil to thin it out.
3) Pour melted semi-sweet chocolate on baking sheet lined with wax paper. Drop lines of melted peanut butter and run a toothpick through it to make swirls. Top with mini Peanut Butter Cups and Reese`s Pieces. Place in freezer for 1-2 hours. When ready to serve, break into pieces and enjoy! More

The Best Slutty Brownie Recipe


Chocolate lovers, you won`t want to miss this! Watch as we show you how to make our favorite brownies.

Ingredients:

Chocolate Chip Cookie Crust
¾ cup butter, room temperature
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups flour
¼ tsp kosher salt
1½ cups mini chocolate chips

Salted Caramel Sauce
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
½ cup heavy cream, warmed
1 tsp sea salt

½ cup Skor bits, or Heath bits
18 Oreo cookies

Brownies
¾ cup butter, melted
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup flour
½ cup cocoa powder, sifted
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp kosher salt
½ cup Skor bits, or Heath bits

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 350°F. Line the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. For the chocolate chip cookie crust, using an electric mixer, on medium speed cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until well combined. Add vanilla extract. On low speed, add the flour, salt and mini chocolate chips. Mix just until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
2) For the caramel sauce, in a medium, heavy bottomed saucepan add sugar over medium heat. Once the sugar starts to melt, whisk until it is completely melted. Once melted, stop whisking and allow the sugar to cook to a deep amber, caramel color. Immediately add the butter and whisk until it is incorporated. Remove from heat and slowly stir in the cream and sea salt. Pour into a glass bowl and allow to cool slightly. Pour ½ cup caramel sauce over chocolate chip cookie crust, sprinkle ½ cup Skor bits over caramel. Place Oreos over top of caramel and Skor bits.
3) To prepare the brownie batter, in a large bowl whisk melted butter, sugar and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla and continue to whisk until smooth. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Stir just until flour has disappeared. Spread batter over Oreos and top with remaining ½ cup Skor bits. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Once cool, refrigerate for 1 hour for easier cutting.

Makes 25-30 Brownies More
