ingredients
- 8 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1½ cups whole milk
- 4 cups ice
directions
- In a small pan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, semi sweet chocolate and ½ cup milk over medium heat until melted. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining 1 cup of milk. Let cool slightly. Place in a blender with ice and blend until smooth.
