ingredients
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows, divided
- 1 cup salted roasted peanuts, divided
directions
- Place semi-sweet chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue to microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth. Stir in 1 cup marshmallows and 1/2 cup peanuts.
- Pour mixture on baking sheet lined with wax paper. Add remaining marshmallows and peanuts to top of chocolate mixture. Place in freezer for 1-2 hours. When ready to serve, break into pieces and enjoy.
