Beef tenderloin. Tender. Loin. True to its name, this is the butteriest cut of beef, the best of the best that we love to haul out for celebratory meals. Coated in a crust of spicy horseradish and Dijon mustard and then served with a zesty gremolata of parsley, rosemary and thyme, this flavourful, satisfying tenderloin is tops.

Our highly caffeinated Chef Lisa always has a cup of Joe at her side, so it should come as no surprise that she's taken her favorite grinds and brought them to this most special cut of beef, the tenderloin. This Coffee-Crusted Tenderloin is a pull-out-all-the-stops star, a juicy, super-flavorful and tender (hence the name, tender-loin) main course guaranteed to have everyone buzzing with praise.

Eureka! We’ve discovered the 32nd flavor! A scoop of this irresistible side dish – pillowy mashed sweet potatoes buried under a crunchy streusel topping – and you’ll see why it belongs alongside Rocky Road and Mint Chocolate Chip. Enjoy the sweet satisfaction without the ice cream headache, but come Thanksgiving, look for our creation (Pilgrim Praline? Yummy Yam?) in the freezer case.
I have 3 wishes. First is that I get to be ginger when we play Gilligan's Island (Lisa's so Mary Ann and our brother is Thurston Howell, III). Second is the invention of a cookie that fights off colds. Third is that Lisa recreate Starbucks' moist, chewy ginger cookies I drop a fortune on daily. So lucky, all my wishes have been granted. These classic Ginger Cookies are pure gingery greatness - soft and chewy, like gingersnaps without the snap.
