½ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp dried oregano
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1½ cups ketchup
1½ cups honey
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1) In a large glass bowl, combine lemon juice, vegetable oil, oregano and chicken breasts. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2) For the sauce, in a large bowl, whisk ketchup, honey, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, pepper and paprika. Set aside 1 cup of sauce in a small bowl for basting and keep remaining sauce for serving with the cooked chicken.
3) Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade (discard used marinade) and cook uncovered on grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. In the last few minutes of cooking, brush chicken with 1 cup reserved barbeque sauce on both sides.
