How to: Cucumber 101

HOW TO CHOOSE

1) Look for a deep green skin

2) Give each cucumber a squeeze from end to end (you don't want to feel any soft spots)

3) Avoid any that are puffy or yellow or that have shrivelled skin


HOW TO STORE

Whole cucumbers will last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Wash them well before using to get rid of the edible wax coating.
